Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Execute manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment according to SOPs and batch records
  • Perform aseptic techniques and work under GMP compliance
  • Document activities in real time following GDP principles
  • Operate and maintain production equipment and systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, MSAT, and Supply Chain
  • Support tech transfers, process improvements, and deviation investigations
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in a regulated environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline OR equivalent experience (Biotech, Biochem, Biology, etc.)
  • Prior experience in GMP manufacturing, cell therapy, biologics, or pharma preferred
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cleanroom environments, and GMP documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work non-standard shifts (nights/weekends) if applicable
