Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Execute manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment according to SOPs and batch records
- Perform aseptic techniques and work under GMP compliance
- Document activities in real time following GDP principles
- Operate and maintain production equipment and systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, MSAT, and Supply Chain
- Support tech transfers, process improvements, and deviation investigations
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in a regulated environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline OR equivalent experience (Biotech, Biochem, Biology, etc.)
- Prior experience in GMP manufacturing, cell therapy, biologics, or pharma preferred
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cleanroom environments, and GMP documentation
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
- Willingness to work non-standard shifts (nights/weekends) if applicable
